Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are organic chemicals that produce vapors or gases, and are present in our daily lives. Outdoor VOCs could be originated from vehicle exhaust, industrial production, burning fuels(gas, oil, mining, etc.), coating, construction, and it does harm to human’s healthy. In June of 2018, China created a 3-year action plan to reduce the VOC emissions by 2020. The Bivocom TD210 series modem has been used for VOC monitoring and alarm system, which can remote monitor the VOCs and send alarm messages to department of environment, by using this solution, the local government is able to install a system near an industrial areas, mining areas, companies, or residential areas. It is an easy, convenient and flexible solution.
